Trend PS là hệ thống ghi hình đóng hàng chạy trên máy chủ do chính cửa hàng quản lý. Trang này giải thích dữ liệu nào được xử lý, và đặc biệt là cách Trend PS dùng dữ liệu từ tài khoản Google khi quản trị viên chọn kết nối Google Drive.
1. Ai chịu trách nhiệm về dữ liệu
Trend PS do Trend Tech phát triển. Mỗi cửa hàng tự vận hành máy chủ Trend PS của mình và là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu video, thông tin đơn hàng và tài khoản nhân viên lưu trên máy chủ đó. Chúng tôi không có quyền truy cập từ xa vào máy chủ của cửa hàng.
2. Dữ liệu mà Trend PS xử lý
- Video đóng hàng từ camera mạng đặt tại bàn đóng gói, lưu trên máy chủ của cửa hàng.
- Mã vận đơn đọc từ nhãn vận đơn trong hình camera, dùng để gắn video với đơn hàng.
- Tài khoản nhân viên (tên, email, vai trò) và nhật ký thao tác để kiểm soát ai đã xem, tải hoặc xóa video.
Nhãn vận đơn có thể chứa thông tin người nhận (tên, địa chỉ, số điện thoại). Vì vậy video cần được xem và chia sẻ cẩn trọng; Trend PS hiển thị cảnh báo này trước khi tải video lên Google Drive.
3. Dữ liệu từ tài khoản Google
Tính năng Google Drive là tùy chọn. Chỉ quản trị viên của cửa hàng mới có thể bật. Khi bật, quản trị viên đăng nhập tài khoản Google của mình qua màn hình đồng ý của Google và cấp cho Trend PS đúng một quyền:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file- cho phép tạo tệp trong Google Drive của quản trị viên và chỉ truy cập các tệp do chính Trend PS tạo. Trend PS không thể xem, liệt kê, sửa hay xóa các tệp khác trong Drive.
Từ tài khoản Google, Trend PS nhận và lưu:
- Địa chỉ email của tài khoản đã cấp quyền, chỉ để hiển thị cho quản trị viên biết đang kết nối tài khoản nào (hiển thị dạng che bớt, ví dụ
a***@gmail.com) và để xác nhận kết nối là thật. - Refresh token để có thể tải lên khi quản trị viên yêu cầu mà không phải đăng nhập lại mỗi lần.
Trend PS không đọc danh bạ, lịch, thư, ảnh hay bất kỳ tệp nào khác trong tài khoản Google.
4. Cách Trend PS dùng dữ liệu Google
- Chỉ để tải một video do người dùng được cấp quyền chọn lên Google Drive của quản trị viên, rồi quản trị viên tự gửi liên kết cho sàn thương mại điện tử khi cần giải quyết khiếu nại.
- Không tự động tải lên. Không tải hàng loạt. Mỗi lần tải lên đều do một người dùng bấm yêu cầu và đều được ghi nhật ký.
- Không dùng dữ liệu Google để quảng cáo, lập hồ sơ, bán, cho thuê hay chuyển cho bên thứ ba.
- Không dùng dữ liệu Google để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo hay học máy.
- Việc Trend PS sử dụng và chuyển thông tin nhận được từ Google APIs tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng Hạn chế (Limited Use).
5. Lưu trữ và bảo vệ
- Refresh token được mã hóa (AES-256-GCM) trước khi lưu vào cơ sở dữ liệu trên máy chủ của cửa hàng. Cơ sở dữ liệu không có cột lưu token dạng thường. Khóa mã hóa nằm trong cấu hình môi trường của máy chủ, tách khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Token không xuất hiện trong nhật ký, thông báo lỗi hay phản hồi gửi tới trình duyệt.
- Kết nối và ngắt kết nối chỉ dành cho quản trị viên; mọi thao tác được ghi vào nhật ký kiểm toán, không chứa token.
- Video đóng hàng được lưu trên máy chủ của cửa hàng và không được tải lên Google trừ khi người dùng có quyền yêu cầu cho từng video.
6. Thời hạn lưu giữ và xóa
- Refresh token và email Google được giữ cho đến khi quản trị viên ngắt kết nối. Khi ngắt kết nối, Trend PS yêu cầu Google thu hồi quyền truy cập, và chỉ xóa dữ liệu kết nối sau khi Google xác nhận đã thu hồi.
- Tệp đã tải lên Google Drive nằm trong tài khoản Google của quản trị viên và do người đó quản lý. Ngắt kết nối không tự xóa các tệp này; quản trị viên có thể xóa chúng trực tiếp trong Google Drive.
- Video đóng hàng trên máy chủ được giữ theo thời hạn cửa hàng cấu hình (mặc định 30 ngày), sau đó bị xóa và ghi nhật ký.
7. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán và không chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho bên thứ ba. Dữ liệu chỉ được gửi tới Google khi bạn bật tính năng Google Drive và yêu cầu tải lên, và tới sàn thương mại điện tử khi chính bạn gửi liên kết cho họ.
8. Quyền của bạn
- Thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào: bằng nút "Ngắt kết nối" trong Trend PS, hoặc tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Hỏi, xem hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu: liên hệ theo địa chỉ ở mục 10. Dữ liệu video và tài khoản nằm trên máy chủ của cửa hàng nên do cửa hàng xử lý yêu cầu.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này cùng ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang. Nếu thay đổi làm rộng cách dùng dữ liệu Google, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trước và xin lại sự đồng ý của bạn.

Trend PS is a packing-video recording system that runs on a server operated by the shop itself. This page explains what data is processed and, in particular, how Trend PS uses data from a Google account when an administrator chooses to connect Google Drive.
1. Who is responsible for the data
Trend PS is developed by Trend Tech. Each shop runs its own Trend PS server and is the controller of the videos, order references and staff accounts stored on it. We have no remote access to a shop's server.
2. Data Trend PS processes
- Packing videos from a network camera at the packing desk, stored on the shop's server.
- Shipping waybill codes read from the label in the camera image, used to link a video to an order.
- Staff accounts (name, email, role) and an activity log recording who viewed, downloaded or deleted a video.
A shipping label can show the recipient's name, address and phone number. Videos should therefore be viewed and shared with care; Trend PS shows a warning about this before a video is uploaded to Google Drive.
3. Data from your Google account
The Google Drive feature is optional and can be turned on only by the shop's administrator. When it is, the administrator signs in to their own Google account on Google's consent screen and grants Trend PS exactly one permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file- lets Trend PS create files in the administrator's Google Drive and access only the files that Trend PS itself created. Trend PS cannot see, list, change or delete any other file in the Drive.
From the Google account Trend PS receives and stores:
- The email address of the account that granted access, used only to show the administrator which account is connected (displayed partly masked, for example
a***@gmail.com) and to confirm that the connection is real. - A refresh token, so an upload can be made on request without signing in each time.
Trend PS does not read contacts, calendar, mail, photos or any other file in the Google account.
4. How Trend PS uses Google data
- Solely to upload one video that an authorised user selects to the administrator's Google Drive, after which the administrator sends the link to the marketplace to resolve a complaint.
- No automatic uploads. No bulk uploads. Every upload is started by a user's request and is logged.
- Google data is not used for advertising, profiling, sale, rental or transfer to third parties.
- Google data is not used to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Trend PS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage and protection
- The refresh token is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is written to the database on the shop's server. The database has no plain-text token column. The encryption key lives in the server's environment configuration, separate from the database.
- Tokens never appear in logs, error messages or responses sent to the browser.
- Connecting and disconnecting are restricted to administrators, and every action is recorded in an audit log that contains no tokens.
- Packing videos stay on the shop's server and are not uploaded to Google unless an authorised user requests it for that specific video.
6. Retention and deletion
- The refresh token and Google email are kept until the administrator disconnects. On disconnect Trend PS asks Google to revoke access and deletes the connection data only after Google confirms the revocation.
- Files uploaded to Google Drive live in the administrator's Google account and are managed by them. Disconnecting does not delete those files; the administrator can delete them directly in Google Drive.
- Packing videos on the server are kept for the period the shop configures (30 days by default), then deleted and logged.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is sent to Google only when you enable the Google Drive feature and request an upload, and to a marketplace only when you yourself send them the link.
8. Your rights
- Revoke access at any time: with the "Disconnect" button in Trend PS, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Ask about, access or request deletion of data: contact us at the address in section 10. Video and account data live on the shop's own server, so the shop handles such requests.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top. If a change widens how Google data is used, we will give notice in advance and ask for your consent again.
