Trend PS
Hệ thống ghi hình đóng hàng cho cửa hàng bán trên các sàn thương mại điện tử: ghi lại video quá trình đóng gói, gắn với mã vận đơn, để có bằng chứng khi xảy ra khiếu nại.
Trend PS làm gì
- Ghi video tại bàn đóng hàng bằng camera mạng đặt trong mạng nội bộ của cửa hàng.
- Đọc mã trên nhãn vận đơn từ hình camera để tự gắn mỗi video với đúng đơn hàng.
- Lưu video trên máy chủ do chính cửa hàng quản lý, không đưa lên dịch vụ của bên thứ ba theo mặc định.
- Cho người được cấp quyền (quản lý, quản trị viên) tìm theo mã vận đơn, xem lại và tải xuống video.
- Lưu giữ video theo thời hạn do cửa hàng cấu hình (mặc định 30 ngày), sau đó xóa và ghi nhật ký.
Kết nối Google Drive (tùy chọn)
Khi cần gửi bằng chứng cho sàn, quản trị viên có thể kết nối tài khoản Google của chính mình và tải lên một video do người đó chọn, rồi gửi liên kết cho sàn. Trend PS chỉ xin quyền hẹp nhất là drive.file (chỉ truy cập các tệp do Trend PS tạo), không tải lên tự động và không tải hàng loạt. Quyền có thể thu hồi bất cứ lúc nào.

Trend PS (English)
Trend PS is a packing-video recording system for online shops. It records the packing of each order, links the video to the shipping waybill, and keeps it so the shop has evidence when a marketplace complaint comes in.
What it does
- Records video at the packing desk from a network camera inside the shop's own local network.
- Reads the code on the shipping label from the camera image so each video is linked to the right order.
- Stores videos on a server operated by the shop itself; nothing is sent to a third-party service by default.
- Lets authorised staff (managers, administrators) search by waybill code, play back and download videos.
- Keeps videos for a period the shop configures (30 days by default), then deletes them and logs the deletion.
Google Drive connection (optional)
When evidence must be sent to a marketplace, an administrator may connect their own Google account and upload one video that they choose, then send the link to the marketplace. Trend PS requests only the narrowest permission, drive.file (access limited to files Trend PS itself creates). It never uploads automatically and never in bulk. Access can be revoked at any time.
